Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Crystal Hotel Pvt. Ltd., located in Meerut. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including staff management, guest services, budget planning, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include ensuring high service standards, implementing organizational policies, managing financial performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hotel Management, Hospitality Operations, and Staff Leadership
• Strong skills in Budget Planning, Financial Analysis, and Cost Management
• Expertise in Customer Relationship Management and Guest Services
• Proficiency in Business Development and Strategic Planning
• Excellent Organizational, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to motivate and manage teams to achieve business objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience as a General Manager or in a leadership position in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
