Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager- CLEANROOM PROJECTS, located in Thane. The General Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of cleanroom projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Responsibilities encompass coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, managing budgets, monitoring timelines, and delivering projects within the defined scope. Strategic planning and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders will also form a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and execution of turnkey construction or cleanroom projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of cleanroom design, build, installation, and industry-specific standards such as ISO and GMP compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, make decisions under pressure, and drive successful outcomes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience in the Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or Biotechnology sectors is highly desirable.
