Job Description
Leads the Global team focused on developing programs which enable growth for the Chemicals SBU. Accountable for the creation and delivery of a portfolio of research and development programs. Formulates team strategy to align with business goals, defines and procures needed resources, manages a deck of projects, and makes decisions related to project execution, budgets, and partnerships. Collaborates globally with business counterparts, cross-functional team members, Company Corporate Technology & Innovation, and external partners to deliver planned business results. Regularly communicates progress and needs with Leadership, peer stakeholders, and the broader SBU community.
The Successful Applicant
Strong knowledge in process engineering and technology development. MSc or PhD in process engineering /chemistry / catalysis with proven track record in chemical industry.
Proven track record in leading larger teams and people development.
