This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a General Manager Business Development. The role involves driving new business opportunities, developing and executing business plans, and managing key client relationships. The General Manager will also lead negotiations, oversee contracts, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue growth and strategic organizational goals. This position calls for dynamic leadership, strategic vision, and a strong capability to foster client trust and partnerships.

• Expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning to identify opportunities and formulate growth strategies.
• Proven skills in Business Relationship Management for nurturing and managing key client accounts.
• Strong ability in Contract Negotiation to establish mutually beneficial agreements with partners and clients.
• Extensive experience in Sales with a focus on achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to lead a high-performing team and build strategic relationships.
• Solid understanding of market trends and industry practices to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
