Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Strategy

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

Identify new business opportunities, project leads, and strategic alliances with architects, interior designers, developers, and HNIs.

Lead and manage regional business development teams to ensure revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine positioning and product strategies.

2. Client & Relationship Management

Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior design firms, developers, and luxury homeowners.

Oversee the end-to-end business development cyclefrom lead generation to negotiation and closure.

Represent Callisto Elements at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.

3. Sales Leadership & Team Management

Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and incentive structures for the business development team.

Mentor, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve targets.

Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

4. Brand & Market Development

Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns, events, and partnerships that attract premium clientele.

Ensure brand positioning aligns with luxury market standards and customer expectations.

Contribute to pricing, product mix, and service offerings based on market insights.
