We're working with a scaled, profitable IT services organization that is now entering its next phase of growth by building out product-led subsidiaries.
They have already invested in and built two enterprise-grade products:
An AI-led Infrastructure Managed Services platform
An HR technology platform
Both products are market-ready, with strong internal validation and an existing customer base to leverage.
They are now hiring two Business Heads / Entrepreneurs-in-Residence to lead each of these as independent businesses.
This is not a 01 build. That journey is complete.
This is a 1100 mandate.
The role will involve:
Defining and executing the GTM strategy
Shaping product-market fit based on real customer demand
Driving adoption across the company's existing enterprise clients
Expanding into new markets and segments
Building the commercial engine from the ground up (sales, partnerships, positioning)
Working closely with the Founder, who will be directly involved in the journey
Over time, these subsidiaries may be spun out as independent product companies.
