The General Manager is the operational backbone of Accounts Arena — the person who keeps everything running smoothly on the ground. You will work in close proximity to the founder and the Operations Manager, ensuring that no ball gets dropped across centers, students, and teams.
What You'll Own
Daily on-ground coordination across all 4 Chennai centers
Scheduling, timetables, faculty coordination & attendance tracking
First-line response for student & parent queries and escalations
Supporting the Operations Manager in executing operational plans and projects
Coordinating admissions, fee records, and student documentation
Meeting scheduling, MOM documentation & task follow-up for the founder
Monitoring center cleanliness, supplies, and facility readiness
Assisting in onboarding new batches, events, and exam cycles
Who We're Looking For
1–2 years in operations, administration, or center coordination
Highly organized — you run on checklists, not chaos
Warm, professional communicator with students and parents
Discreet and dependable — trusted with sensitive information
Comfortable with basic digital tools: Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Excel
Calm under pressure — can multitask without losing quality
Proactive — anticipates needs before being asked
Bonus: experience in an education or coaching institution
