About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial reporting, statutory audits, and general accounting operations. Candidates with experience in SAP and strong reporting skills will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and finalization of financial statements
- Handling general accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Managing statutory audit coordination and audit support documentation
- Preparing financial reports and MIS reports
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Managing month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for accounting-related matters
- Maintaining accurate accounting records and documentation
- Working on SAP for accounting transactions and reporting activities
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of General Accounting principles
- Experience in preparation of Financial Statements
- Hands-on experience in managing Statutory Audits
- Good understanding of Reporting and Reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in SAP ERP system
- Intermediate level knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

ACCA/ Any UG & PG relevant background or Professional qualification (CA/CFA, etc.)
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior experience in multinational organizations will be preferred
- Ability to work in Mexico shift timings
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
