About Position:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Generative AI Python Engineer with 6+ years of strong experience in software development and deep understanding of Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing GenAI models, maintaining data and model infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-first solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and deploy scalable GenAI models and solutions.
- Implement and optimize prompt workflows, model tuning, and parameter adjustments.
- Develop endtoend AI pipelines from experimentation to production deployment.
- Monitor model performance, ensure model reliability, and optimize infrastructure.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, integrity, and system performance.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Stay informed of recent innovations in GenAI, LLM tooling, vector databases, and cloud AI services.
- Troubleshoot data ingestion, data processing, and model operational issues
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 6+ years of strong software development experience, with the ability to design, build, and deploy scalable applications.
- Handson expertise with Generative AI models including LLMs, multimodal models, large vision models, and RAG/vector databasebased systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience writing productionready, modular, and efficient code.
- Proven ability to develop and deploy GenAI capabilities for text, image, video, and audio generation.
- Experience in prompt engineering, model tuning, optimization, and evaluation for GenAI workflows.
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithmic problem-solving.
- Ability to monitor, maintain, and improve the health, performance, and reliability of AI models and data pipelines.
- Experience using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, and AI Platform / Vertex AI.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities across data, model, and infrastructure layers.
- Up-to-date awareness of the latest advancements in Generative AI tools, frameworks, and ecosystem trends.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
