Job Description

Experience 3-5 years (with 2+ years in AI/ML or GenAI projects)

Primary Skills

Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock (LLM orchestration, API integration).
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (performance tuning, troubleshooting, backup/recovery).
Proficiency in Next.js for front-end application support.
Experience with Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Python/Java/Node.js for debugging and automation.
Knowledge of AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, ECS/EKS for monitoring and support.
Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, PagerDuty).
Ability to work in 24x7 support environments (rotational shifts or on-call).

Key Responsibilities

Monitor GenAI applications for uptime, performance, and error handling.
Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Support Next.js front-end applications integrated with GenAI services.
Manage PostgreSQL operations including query optimization, schema tuning, and troubleshooting.
Maintain Redis caching layers to improve application responsiveness and scalability.
Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and logs.
Automate routine support tasks using scripts and tools.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines for faster recovery and deployment.
Partner with developers, data scientists, and product teams to resolve production issues.
Document support procedures, incident reports, and knowledge base articles.
Ensure production systems adhere to organizational security and compliance standards.
Apply patches, upgrades, and configuration changes as needed.
