Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Quality Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python programming to join our offshore engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation frameworks, AI-driven testing methodologies, and end-to-end quality engineering processes. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions to ensure high-quality product releases.

Experience Level: Minimum 6+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts and frameworks using Python.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to identify and address quality challenges early in the SDLC.
- Integrate AI and ML-based testing tools to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
- Develop robust test strategies for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Perform API testing, UI automation, and backend data validation.
- Analyze test results, debug failures, and provide clear defect documentation.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing pipelines for scalability and reliability.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
- Strong Python programming skills (mandatory).
- Proven experience with automation frameworks such as PyTest, Selenium, or Robot Framework.
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML-driven testing tools or frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
