Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled
Lead Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions using
Large Language Models (LLMs) and
Generative AI frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
Python, TypeScript, and
workflow automation tools like n8n, along with hands-on experience integrating
OpenAI APIs and other LLM platforms.
The candidate will lead the development of scalable GenAI applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers while delivering intelligent automation and AI-powered products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, GPT, etc.).
- Develop and maintain AI-powered applications using Python and TypeScript.
- Build AI workflows and automation pipelines using n8n.
- Integrate OpenAI APIs, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Architect and deploy RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) based systems.
- Develop scalable backend services for AI agents and intelligent automation systems.
- Optimize LLM prompts, performance, and response accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven features.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead AI architecture discussions.
- Ensure best practices in AI governance, security, and scalability.
