Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer to join our data competency team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing GenAI solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, focusing on optimizing performance, scalability, and availability. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Rangareddi/Bangalore.
Key Deliverables
- Develop and implement GenAI solutions using LangChain and LangGraph tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate GenAI models into existing products and workflows.
- Optimize GenAI model performance and scalability through techniques such as prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
- Ensure the reliability and security of GenAI applications by implementing robust testing and monitoring procedures.
- Contribute to the development of GenAI architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI and related technologies, evaluating and recommending new approaches and tools.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven ability to independently lead data science projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience working with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant fields.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Skills
Must-Have Skills
- Technical: Python proficiency, including extensive experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), LangChain, LangGraph, pgvector, FAISS.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), natural language understanding/generation, and representation learning.
- Behavioral & Interpersonal: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide mentorship.
- Process & SOP: Experience in documenting and standardizing GenAI model deployment processes and best practices.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and develop data-driven solutions.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Advanced Technical: Experience with advanced GenAI techniques such as transfer learning, reinforcement learning, and few-shot learning.
- Additional Certifications: Relevant certifications in machine learning, data science, or cloud computing.
- Cross-Functional Exposure: Experience working with cross functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and business operations units.
- Leadership Traits: Ability and willingness to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
