Gen AI Engineer

About Position:

We are seeking for Gen AI Engineer with hands on experience with Gen AI, Agentic AI, AWS, MCP.

What You'll Do:

• Manage full lifecycle of AI/ML and GenAI projects from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee sprint planning, progress tracking, and risk management.
• Ensure quality, scalability, and business alignment of AI solutions.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Candidate must be a Computer Science graduate or from an IT stream.
• Should have a minimum of 5–6 years overall experience.
• Candidate must have initial experience in core Machine Learning, followed by transition into Generative AI.
• Requires 3 years of GenAI experience and 6+ months Agentic AI experience.
• Preference: LangGraph
• Alternative (if LangGraph not available): CrewAI or AutoGen
• Candidate must have worked on multi-agent systems and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Should possess a strong understanding of core ML models and Deep Learning.
• Must have hands‑on experience with Python, AWS cloud (working understanding), Git
