We're Hiring: Lead Gen AI Engineer | Pune (Pan India Applicants Welcome)

Location: Pune (Currently Remote, Relocation Required Upon Office Reopening)

Experience: 7–10 Years in AI/ML (with 3+ years in a lead role, and 1–1.5 years in Gen AI development)

Interview Process: 2 Rounds (Virtual)

About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a Lead – Gen AI to drive the design and development of advanced generative AI solutions and agentic systems. If you're passionate about cutting-edge tech like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI and Mistral—and you're ready to lead innovation at scale—this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build intelligent agentic AI systems for autonomous decision-making and agent-to-agent communication using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar.
Architect and deploy LLM-based applications including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multimodal models, and complex generative workflows.
Optimize GenAI models for accuracy, scalability, and cost-efficiency, while ensuring compliance and quality standards.
Lead initiatives in LLMOps, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model evaluation, agent monitoring, and version control.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI teams, driving innovation and fostering a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay ahead of the curve on the latest research and advancements in AI/ML and GenAI.
