About the role:
Looking for an experienced Gen AI Engineer (7-8 years) with strong expertise in Python, SQL, and Tableau to support our Sales & Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to leverage and build AI-driven data models for research and structured database prompts, driving business insights and efficiency.
In This Role, you will:
- Develop AI-powered analytics models to extract insights using research structured as well as non-structured databases for Sales & Marketing.
- Build predictive models and automation solutions to enhance lead generation, pipeline forecasting, and campaign effectiveness.
- Design and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Business Analytics to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Implement AI-driven research methodologies to enhance data exploration and prompt-based insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and efficiency in analytics workflows.
Here's What You Need:
- 7-9 years of experience in Business Analytics & Gen AI.
- Proficiency in Python (including AI & Data Analytics libraries).
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation across large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau for reporting and visualization.
- Experience in building and optimizing Gen AI models for business analytics.
- Ability to work with structured databases and AI-driven prompt generation for research.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a SaaS environment supporting Sales & Marketing is a plus.
