PG. MCA/MTech/MBA/MSC

5.Key Responsibilities -

• Serve as the primary technical expert for GenAI technologies, with a focus on enhancing our GenAI footprint across our clients by developing, implementing, and optimizing advanced AI models and solutions.
• The SME will provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and ensure the successful integration of AI technologies into our IT services to our client
• Define best practices, standards, and templates for AI solutions
• Conduct workshops, demos, and client presentations on GenAI use cases.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical experts along with business stakeholders) for identifying, evaluating and implementing used cases across different customers.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI technologies to enhance conversational AI capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform integration and functionality issues.

6.Skills Required-

• 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience with AI / Gen AI (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Expertise in NLP, NLU, and NLG technologies.
• Solid understanding of API integrations, backend systems, and data flows.
• Programming skills in Python, Node.js, Java or similar, API programming.
• Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
