Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gemstone Assorter and Jewelry Designer. The role involves sorting and categorizing gemstones, developing jewelry design concepts, and collaborating closely on product design and execution. The candidate will also work alongside the team to understand and support manufacturing workflows and design-to-production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a creative and structured approach
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Experience or knowledge in gemstone grading and identification is a plus
• Formal education or certification in jewelry, design, or gemology is an advantage
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow, with an openness to understanding gemstones, jewelry manufacturing, and evolving design processes
