Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a GeM Tender Executive located in Ludhiana. The role involves managing tender submissions on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, identifying and evaluating new tender opportunities, preparing accurate and competitive bids, and handling post-tender follow-ups. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the required documentation and ensure compliance with tender guidelines. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and staying updated on tender policies and trends are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and similar tendering platforms
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Basic knowledge of garment or textile industry processes is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems
• Prior experience in tendering, especially for government or institutional sectors, is preferred
