Position Details:

Job Role: Tender Executive

Experience Required: 1-2 years

Location: Ahemdabad

Job Decsription:

Registration on e-portals (Like GeM) and Uploading tenders on the respective Tender sites.

To vet incoming tenders and to note down the tender due date, project start and end date,

tender submission instructions/requirements, and mode of submission.

To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search

engines, industry, GeM Portal and market intelligence data, etc., which are needed for

submission.

Coordinate, prepare, and compile bid submission documents concerning tendering/bidding

activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.

Coordinate with all the departments to ensure the collection of technical and other documents related to compiling bids.

To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly followed, including

checking, binding, packing, and preparing outgoing submissions.

Ensure that tender submissions are standardized in format, font, logo, etc., and line with the

customers tender requirements.
