Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a GEM Portal Executive based in Lucknow. The GEM Portal Executive will be responsible for managing operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal, handling vendor registrations, maintaining compliance with portal requirements, and monitoring procurement processes. The role also involves ensuring accurate documentation, timely updates, and managing communication between clients and stakeholders through the GEM platform.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing GEM Portal operations, including vendor registration and procurement processes
- Proficiency in handling documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical and organizational skills for monitoring portal performance and updating records
- Good understanding of government procurement guidelines and procedures is an advantage
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software like MS Office; familiarity with online platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
