Manage day-to-day operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal, including product/service listing, catalog management, and order processing.
Handle RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, and bids from identification to submission.
Prepare and upload all required documents such as technical specifications, compliance sheets, commercial quotes, and declarations.
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, technical, sales) for timely and accurate bid submissions.
Track bid status, clarifications, reverse auctions, and amendments on GeM.
Ensure adherence to GeM policies, government procurement norms, and timelines.
Manage post-order activities including contract acceptance, invoicing, delivery timelines, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain records and MIS reports for bids submitted, won, and lost.
Act as the primary point of contact for GeM-related audits, queries, and escalations.
