Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site/remote role for a GeM Freelancer based in Kolkata. The role involves managing and maintaining the company's presence on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. Daily tasks include uploading product catalogues, managing bids, preparing technical and financial proposals, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with procurement processes. The freelancer will also collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations on the platform.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing online marketplaces, specifically the GeM portal, and familiarity with bid processes
• Strong skills in preparing technical and financial proposals and ensuring documentation compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Understanding of defense procurement policies and processes is an advantage
• Relevant experience in e-commerce or procurement platforms
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and online data management
• A bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
