Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal
Upload products/services and maintain catalog listings
Identify relevant bids, tenders, and reverse auctions
Prepare and submit bids with accurate documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, compliance, and execution
Track bid status, orders, and payment follow-ups
Ensure compliance with GeM policies, documentation, and timelines
Maintain records of all GeM transactions and communications
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of hands-on experience working on GeM portal
Strong understanding of government tendering processes
Knowledge of documentation like EMD, BOQ, bid compliance, etc.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation handling
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up ability
Preferred Profile
Experience in event management / service-based industry
Familiarity with other tender portals (eProcurement, CPPP, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
