This is a full-time, on-site role for a GEM and E-Tender Expert, located in Lucknow. The primary responsibilities include managing e-tender processes, preparing and submitting GEM (Government E-Marketplace) tenders for lighting solutions, and ensuring compliance with relevant norms and guidelines. The candidate will analyze tender documents, coordinate with internal teams for technical and bid preparation, and monitor tender deadlines. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate documentation, fostering client relationships, and contributing to business growth through tender submissions.

• Expertise in GEM portal management and E-Tender processes
• Strong skills in documentation, analysis of tender documents, and bid preparation
• Experience working with government and corporate tenders
• Knowledge of technical specifications and requirements for lighting solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the lighting or manufacturing industry is an advantage
