Your Role And Responsibilities

The GDN Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, driving hiring strategy, ensuring delivery against business demand, and maintaining high standards of stakeholder management, candidate experience, and process excellence. This role requires a strong mix of people leadership, operational excellence, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Selection Specialist to achieve hiring targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development.
  • Ensure accountability, ownership, and high team morale.
  • Manage workload distribution and resource planning.

Hiring Delivery & Operations

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for critical and positions.
  • Drive weekly monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring targets.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics like:
  • Time to Hire (TAT)
  • Offer to Join Ratio
  • Candidate Dropouts
  • Hiring Quality
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment process and compliance.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Set realistic hiring expectations through market intelligence.
  • Provide regular hiring updates, dashboards, and escalation support.

Process Excellence & Automation

  • Identify gaps in current hiring processes and suggest improvements.
  • Drive adoption of ATS/HRMS tools
  • Support automation, reporting, and hiring audits.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Experience Required: 10-15 Years
  • Strong leadership & people management skills
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder handling
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • High ownership and business orientation
  • Experience with ATS tools
  • Ability to handle pressure, escalations, and tight deadline

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
  • Experience in Tech & Non-Tech hiring
  • Exposure to Global / India Hiring Models
