JOB DESCRIPTION 4. Industry-Facing GDIA Brand Amplification
- GDIA FBS Strategic Transformation Architecture
- Lead the end-to-end GDIA FBS India transformation charter spanning ISA, SSDA, MEA, DPE, AIAC, Ford Credit, and adjacent sub-domains, ensuring unified direction and measurable business impact.
- Own FBS Business Operationsincluding strategic planning, budgeting, operational metrics, governance rigor, headcount/workforce planning, productivity levers, and vendor/partner optimization.
- Architect next-generation operating models and governance frameworks, defining scalable execution patterns, cross-domain integration mechanisms, and repeatable transformation playbooks.
- Build unified execution and collaboration architectures across ISA, SSDA, MEA, DPE, AIAC, and Ford Credit by designing shared services, reusable design patterns, platform-level synergies, and standardized ways of working.
- Act as the enterprise integratordriving alignment between US and India leadership, harmonizing priorities, and ensuring a single, cohesive GDIA FBS operating rhythm.
- Lead Business Operations Architecture including headcount planning, workforce strategy, operational rhythms, and leadership governance.
- Own Purchase Services & Vendor Management, ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture, technical delivery standards, and cost optimization frameworks.
- Architect a data-driven vendor performance model with KPIs, value realization, capability maturity, and TCO optimization.
- GDIA FBS Business Operations & Vendor Strategy
- Cross-Domain Leadership Alignment & Collaboration
- Partner deeply with senior directors across sub-domains to drive cross-functional alignment, shared OKRs, and integrated delivery mechanisms.
- Facilitate executive collaboration forums, ensuring India GDIA leadership functions as a unified, high-impact force driving enterprise outcomes.
- Build strong operating mechanisms ensuring seamless coordination with global GDIA and FBS leadership.
- Position GDIA FBS as an industry leader in AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Digital Platforms.
- Drive partnerships with ecosystem players, global consulting firms, cloud hyperscalers, and academia.
- Architect and execute meetups, roundtables, thought-leadership forums, conferences, and external evangelism to showcase GDIA's technical depth.
- Innovation & Culture Building
- Architect and run GDIA-wide Hackathons, Innovation Challenges, and Tech Accelerators to spark creativity and build an innovation-first culture.
- Create repeatable mechanisms for idea incubation, PoCs, and rapid experimentation across the GDIA portfolio.
- Partner with tech and architecture leaders to ensure innovation is aligned with GDIA's AI-native platform vision.
- Leadership Enablement, Engagement & People Programs
- Lead the planning and orchestration of All-Hands, Leadership Visits, Town Halls, Tech Showcases, and Culture Programs.
- Build GDIA-wide rhythms for learning, recognition, capability upliftment, and organizational cohesion.
- Design and drive the Monthly GDIA FBS All Hands for knowledge sharing, recognition, and celebration.
- High-Bar Hiring & Talent Architecture
- Raise the talent bar across GDIA by building scalable hiring mechanisms, competency frameworks, and interview processes.
- Partner with senior technical leaders to attract and onboard TOP talent in architecture, platform engineering, AI/ML, analytics, and cloud.
- Influence hiring strategy based on tech roadmaps and evolving skill demands.
- Deep Technical Acumen & Architecture Alignment
- Work closely with architects and engineering leaders to ensure operational models, vendor skills, and talent pipelines support:
