Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Conduct basic problem-solving and analysis while learning the business.
  • Provide research, analytics, and documentation support for Managed Accounts under guidance from senior team members.
  • Offer technical analytical support for AI/BI reporting tools used within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Managed Accounts Support:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the clinical operations landscape and Managed Accounts model.
  • Track account performance metrics including Gross Awards, Pipeline, Revenue, and Operational KPIs.
  • Assist in developing standardized tools and templates to support account planning and performance management.
  • Provide research, analysis, and presentation support for strategic account initiatives.

Partnership Management Support:

  • Administer and report on Learning Management System (LMS) activities.
  • Prepare and track governance meetings.
  • Support partner engagement and documentation.
  • Design, set up, and launch surveys, newsletters, and other communications.
  • Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests, including bid proposals and internal reporting needs.

Reporting & Analytics Enablement:

  • Design and build AI/BI solutions to support internal and client-facing reporting.
  • Support operational data platforms, including Synopsis Rewired and other reporting systems.
  • Assist with technical documentation and continuous improvement of reporting solutions.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Fresh Engineering graduate from a premier institute (IIT preferred) or experienced professional from top consulting firms with proven data analytics and market research experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Self-motivated with strong research, team-working, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
  • Experience with SQL and DataBricks platforms.
