This is an onsite India role for an experienced data engineer focused on GCP-based data platforms.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate scalable batch and streaming data pipelines on GCP using Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery.
- Implement ETL/ELT workflows and ingestion patterns to reliably move data from transactional systems, APIs, and streaming sources into analytical stores.
- Optimize BigQuery schemas, partitioning, clustering, and SQL for performance and cost efficiency; implement data modeling best practices.
- Automate infrastructure and deployments for data platforms using Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune pipelines and jobs; implement logging, metrics, and alerting to maintain SLA-driven operations.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and product teams to deliver validated datasets, data contracts, and production-ready pipelines.
