Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Cloud Administrator to manage and support day-to-day operations of our cloud environments across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role focuses on maintaining reliable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure that supports business applications and digital platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in cloud management, automation, and security compliance within an enterprise setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision, configure, and maintain resources on Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Manage virtual machines, storage, networking, IAM, and related security configurations.
  • Implement and monitor backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards adopted in the organization i.e NIST, ISO 27001.
  • Work with DevOps and application teams to support deployments and environment stability.
  • Track and optimize cloud resource utilization and costs.
  • Automate regular operational tasks using tools like Terraform, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and operational procedures.
  • Handle incident escalations and provide Level-3 support for cloud-related issues.
  • Stay informed on updates and features from cloud providers to recommend improvements.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise workloads on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud networking (VPCs, subnets, routing, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates).
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.
  • Working knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver, etc.).
  • Exposure to containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of cloud security, encryption, and compliance practices relevant to NBFCs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as :
  • Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate
  • Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer
  • Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments and zero-trust concepts.
  • Familiarity with IT audits and data governance processes.

Soft Skills Required

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork across IT and business units.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
