Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer responsible for managing cloud-based infrastructure, Unix/Linux environments, automation, and deployment processes across Azure, GCP, and hybrid systems.

Experience: 6 8 years

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore

Mode of Work: Full time -hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cloud infrastructure technical support (Tier 2/3).
  
• Develop automation tools and scripts to optimize infrastructure operations.
  
• Manage Unix/Linux system configurations and troubleshoot environment issues.
  
• Plan, document, and deploy applications across Unix/Linux, Azure, and GCP environments.
  
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams for maintenance and cloud-based deployments.
  
• Analyze release and deployment processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  
• Manage hardware/software resources and coordinate downtimes with infrastructure groups across Production and Non-Production environments.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline (BE/MCA); Master's preferred.
  
• 68 years of experience in Production Support, Application Management, or Cloud Infrastructure Support roles.
  
• Excellent problem-solving/troubleshooting skills, fast learner.
  
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux Administration.
  
• Proficiency in Shell, Python, Batch scripting (mandatory).
  
• Strong Oracle Database experience.
  
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  
• PowerShell nice to have.
  
• Basic software development experience in Java or Ruby (secondary).
  
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP; AWS is a plus)
  
  

Good to have skills:

• PowerShell scripting experience.
  
• Basic software development exposure in Java or Ruby.
  
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, or Git.
  
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
  
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud security best practices.
  
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) frameworks.
  
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
