Role Overview

GatewAI is looking for an experienced professional to drive staffing partnerships across the GCC ecosystem, including Global Capability Centers, IT services firms, and their GCC customers. The role will focus on business development, client acquisition, and scaling talent partnerships for GCC hiring mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive staffing sales across GCCs and IT services partner
• Build relationships with GCC leaders, talent heads, and business stakeholders
• Identify hiring opportunities across existing and upcoming GCCs
• Work closely with delivery teams to enable timely talent fulfilment
• Develop strategic partnerships within the GCC and IT ecosystem
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
• Support account growth and long-term client engagement

Desired Profile

• 10+ years of experience in staffing sales, GCC hiring, or enterprise business development
• Strong network within GCCs, IT services firms, and technology ecosystem
• Proven experience in IT staffing / GCC staffing sales
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative selling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmen
