Designation: GBS Global Blackline, Senior Analyst
Location: Ahmedabad
Position Overview:
- Administer and maintain the BlackLine platform, including user roles, permissions, security settings, and data integrity.
- Support system updates, upgrades, and monitor performance to ensure stability and compliance.
- Configure and manage master data setup for new entities and routine system tasks such as calendar maintenance and report generation.
- Monitor data imports and interfaces from subledgers and ERPs, ensuring smooth data flow and timely reconciliations.
- Conduct regular testing of the BlackLine software to validate existing and new functionalities.
- Provide user training, documentation, and support on BlackLine functionality and best practices.
- Handle user access, reconciliation assignments, and system structure updates in coordination with local admins.
- Execute strategic projects to align financial processes with system capabilities and drive process optimization.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams for system integrations, module implementations, and automation enhancements.
- Standardize and streamline BlackLine usage across global teams for process excellence.
- Generate dashboards and analytical reports to monitor system usage, performance, and areas of improvement.
- Participate in automation and technology-driven projects such as intercompany hub, transaction matching, and reporting tools.
- Support internal, external, and SOX audit activities by providing relevant system data and compliance reports.
