Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Garment Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our kids and toddler linenwear collection. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in garment sales, strong industry connections, and a passion for high-quality, sustainable children's clothing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead B2B and B2C sales of our kids and toddler linenwear across retail, online, and distribution channels.

Develop new business opportunities and expand distribution networks both domestically and internationally.

Cultivate relationships with buyers, retail outlets, and distribution partners.

Achieve sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Gather market intelligence and share insights with design and production teams to align offerings with customer demand.

Identify trends in kids and toddler fashion to support product positioning and brand growth.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and buyer meetings as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in garment sales, ideally in kidswear or toddlerwear.

Strong network in the fashion retail or garment wholesale industry.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage sales initiatives.

Proficiency in sales reporting tools, CRM systems, and online sales platforms.

Passion for sustainable fashion and children's apparel.
