Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Garment Production Manager located in Chandigarh. Responsibilities for this position include overseeing production schedules, managing inventory, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with suppliers and team members. The Production Manager will also manage budgets, track progress, and resolve any production issues to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in production planning, workflow management, and supervising garment manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in inventory management, quality control, and supplier coordination
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost management, and meeting production deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing software and tools is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or a related field is preferred
