Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Production Incharge. The Production Incharge will oversee daily production operations, manage workforce allocation, and ensure product quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include monitoring production processes, maintaining equipment efficiency, enforcing safety regulations, identifying areas for process improvement, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless operations. Additionally, the role involves preparing production reports, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to oversee production timelines and meet deadlines.
- Experience in production planning, operations management, and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency in using production management tools and basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment maintenance.
- Leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and managing a diverse team of workers.
- Understanding of safety regulations and the ability to implement workplace health and safety practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges effectively.
- Relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment; prior experience in a leadership role is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Production/Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to process optimization.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
