job is to maximize product sales by strategically arranging displays, managing inventory, and ensuring products are appealing and available in stores (physical or online). Key duties involve stocking shelves, setting up promotions, analyzing sales data, tracking stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and creating attractive product presentations to boost customer purchases and company profits.
Key Responsibilities:Product Presentation: Arranging and maintaining product displays, setting up signs, and ensuring optimal shelf placement for maximum visibility and appeal. Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, identifying shortages, removing old/damaged products, and ensuring timely replenishment. Sales & Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data to identify trends, reporting on performance, and developing strategies to boost sales. Supplier Coordination: Communicating with vendors to manage deliveries, negotiate terms, and maintain product quality. Promotions: Implementing pricing strategies, setting up promotional displays, and executing marketing initiatives.
