Garment Merchandiser

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Garment Merchandiser based in New Delhi. The Garment Merchandiser will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from sourcing materials to coordinating production schedules. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and suppliers, managing purchase orders, tracking production timelines, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the sales team. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of products as per client specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication for interacting with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Customer Service experience to manage and meet expectations effectively
• Sales and Retail knowledge, with an understanding of market trends and consumer demands
• Marketing skills to support product positioning and branding efforts
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of the garment industry, production processes, and supply chain management is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP software is advantageous
