Job Title: Unity/ Game Developer (0–2 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Unity Developer (0–2 years experience) to join our development team and contribute to building high-quality interactive applications and games. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals who are passionate about game development, real-time 3D experiences, and building engaging user interactions using Unity.

You will work closely with designers, artists, and senior developers to bring ideas to life and contribute to both gameplay and technical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain features using the Unity Engine (C#)
• Build and optimize 2D/3D gameplay systems, UI, and interactive elements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and artists
• Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve performance across platforms
• Integrate assets, animations, audio, and effects into Unity projects
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
• Continuously learn and adapt to new Unity tools, plugins, and workflows

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of C# programming
• Basic hands-on experience with Unity Engine (projects or internships preferred)
• Understanding of OOP concepts and data structures
• Familiarity with 2D/3D game development fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of physics, animations, and UI systems in Unity
• Problem-solving mindset and strong willingness to learn

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Personal or academic Unity projects (games, AR/VR apps, simulations, etc.)
• Knowledge of Git / version control systems
• Familiarity with mobile game development (Android/iOS)
• Understanding of game optimization techniques
• Exposure to Unity URP/HDRP, Shader Graph, or basic VFX
• Experience with publishing games on any platform

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Game Development, or related field

(or equivalent practical experience through projects/internships)
