We're looking for a Game Designer obsessed with hybrid casual puzzles, someone who plays them, breaks them down, and has strong instincts for what makes one hit.
What You'll Do
- Research, play, and deconstruct games to find the next hybrid casual hit
- Develop concepts with solid fundamentals - goal, fail condition, depth
- Own level design end-to-end across a full progression curve
- Collaborate with a small team to get the right output
- Review game feel - flow, pacing, sound, the details that matter
What We're Looking For
- 1 – 3 years of mobile game design experience (hybrid casual puzzle experience strongly preferred)
- Strong ideation instincts - you think market, not just mechanic
- Proven level design ability - balanced, well-paced, intentional
- Genuine passion for playing and deconstructing games
- Sharp eye for game feel and attention to detail
- A team player who communicates clearly and moves fast
