Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Designer - Architectural Lighting based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The role involves designing architectural lighting solutions, creating technical drawings, collaborating with architects and consultants, and ensuring seamless integration of lighting management systems. Day-to-day tasks include developing aesthetically pleasing and functional lighting designs, producing construction drawings, and supporting fixture selection, BOQs, and execution. The Designer will also assist with energy efficiency strategies, lux level optimization, and glare control to ensure practical and performance-driven lighting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture, Urban Planning, and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Construction Drawings and Drawing preparation for detailed project execution
• Ability to create innovative and efficient lighting solutions that align with project goals such as energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal
• Familiarity with lighting control systems such as DALI, Lutron Athena, or other wireless solutions
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in EEE/ECE
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience or interest in WELL, LEED, and energy-efficient lighting strategies is a plus
