Job Description

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM360) operations, ensuring smooth ad delivery, inventory management, troubleshooting, reporting, and revenue optimization. The candidate should have hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, yield optimization, and publisher monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities GAM360 Operations

  • Manage and operate Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM360) platform efficiently.
  • Create, manage, and optimize:
    • Ad units
    • Line items
    • Orders
    • Creatives
    • Inventory structures
  • Ensure smooth ad trafficking and campaign delivery.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and delivery issues.
Monetization & Yield Optimization

  • Optimize publisher revenue through effective monetization strategies.
  • Manage and improve:
    • Fill rates
    • eCPM
    • CTR
    • Overall ad performance
  • Work on header bidding, Open Bidding, PMP deals, and programmatic demand sources.
  • Analyze inventory performance and implement yield optimization strategies.
Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate regular reports on revenue, ad performance, and inventory insights.
  • Monitor discrepancies, troubleshoot delivery issues, and resolve operational challenges.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve monetization performance.

Partner & Platform Management

  • Coordinate with SSPs, DSPs, ad networks, and demand partners.
  • Manage third-party integrations and ad tags.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, Google policy updates, and programmatic advertising best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in GAM360 operations and publisher monetization.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM360)
    • Programmatic advertising
    • Ad trafficking
    • Yield optimization
  • Understanding of:
    • Header bidding
    • Open Bidding
    • PMP Deals
    • SSPs & DSPs
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good understanding of digital advertising ecosystem and ad-serving technologies.
Preferred Skills

  • Experience with:
    • Google Ad Exchange (AdX)
    • Programmatic monetization
    • Video/display advertising
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript ad tags, and tracking implementation.
  • Experience in publisher-side ad operations is preferred.
