The Opportunity
Capgemini is seeking a Director/Sr Director level executive to lead the account/portfolio delivery.
This person will hold the mentioned responsibilities:
- A strong track record of professional success in the Application Management and Development arena
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Excellent meeting facilitation skills Online and in-person.
- Must interact well with all levels of personnel, internally and externally.
- Should be able to coordinate with global teams and provide clear communication on the project status.
- Coordinates and manages all necessary communications to drive the project through the project delivery process (status meetings, defect review meetings, project report outs, risk review and escalations, supplier review, etc.).
- Engages leadership and stakeholders at appropriate intervals for the risk, complexity, criticality of the project.
- Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills.
- Mentors team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of applications
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required.
- Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams.
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
- Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.
- Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
- Travel to project location/client site required.

He/She/They or the incumbent will have 16+ years of experience with minimum of 10+ years of experience leading IT related ADM Managed services projects of various size/scope. A bachelor's degree is required: This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset. Key qualifications include:
- Strong Experience/background working with Diverse, Multi skilled, Multi location teams and Service Delivery Managers.
- Complete Control on Financials (Budget Planning), P&L Management, Contribution Margin Improvement(Financial Objectives are met) and Customer centricity.
- Showcase Leadership skills. Strong problem solver. Strong communicator. Highly collaborative. Strong C-Level executive presence.
- Strong Experience in Driving Pre-sales/Sales, Innovative Ideas and Transformation Projects.
- Proven track record in productivity improvement using automation and industrialization
- Cross functional collaboration / collaboration within peer group
- Analytical mindset, experience in data analysis and defining KPIs
- Techno-Functional Skill in any of the Technical Areas such as SAP, ERP, Custom Software, Oracle.
- Provide project leadership to include ability to discuss and champion the business case for change to a business audience.
- Creating and negotiating statements of work, program planning and milestone creation, financial reporting. Fluent in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Driving operational improvements and efficiencies through the creation and implementation of rigorous process and controls, acts as a gatekeeper for quality
