Role Description
The General Manager - Design role is a full-time, on-site position located in Indore. The role involves overseeing the design and development of wire drawing equipment, managing design teams, and ensuring all designs comply with industry standards and client requirements. The GM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions and will ensure timely completion of design projects while optimizing production and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in equipment design, including knowledge of mechanical design, CAD software, and 3D modeling tools
- Strong project management skills, including planning, team coordination, and meeting project deadlines
- In-depth understanding of engineering principles related to wire drawing equipment and their applications
- Leadership and decision-making abilities to manage design teams and contribute to strategic development
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or a related technical field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Relevant work experience in the wire drawing or manufacturing industry
