Job Description


Fusion HCM Technical:- Minimum Three 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM integration technologies including HCM Extract BI Reports Fast Formula, Minimum Three 3 years of experience in integration development specifically with Oracle HCM. Three 3 years of development experience with Oracle database or database technologies. Minimum Three 3 years experience working on projects involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles eg SDLC

Key Skill Oracle HCM Product Functional Security:- Minimum three 3 years of experience configuring and implementing Application security in HR ERP systems Oracle HCM PeopleSoft Workday or equivalent technology

Minimum three 3 years of experience working in designing and configuring security roles access profiles documentation

Minimum three 3 years of experience with upload tools in HR ERP systems HCM Extract HDL Oracle BI publisher pager personalization or equivalent

Minimum three 3 years of experience working on projects involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles eg. SDLC

Three 3 years of experience of working in a complex ERP system environment having integrations to many up stream down stream systems real time and batch

Additional 

Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional OCP or Certified Information System security professional CISSP are a plus

Two 2 years of experience in test driven application development

Preferred Certifications in Oracle HCM modules or equivalent HR ERP systems Agile Methodology  

Four 4 years of experience working in Application security or HR ERP development combined

Strong understanding of role based access controls RBAC and segregation of duties SoD principles

Strong communication skills and results driven approach on engagements

Fusion HCM Compensation:- Minimum three 3 years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM with at least one 1 full life cycle implementation
