Job Requirements
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Analyst, main role is to design / develop / Support solutions for HR processes and play a crucial role in digitization initiatives by the Organization.
Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience General
- Minimum 4+ year of Techno Functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
- Extensive knowledge in Hire to Retire business process. Exposure to Data & Integration module is must.
- Designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.
- Experience of working through Agile methodology
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs
Functional Competencies
- Strong understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, XML, and JSON.
- Strong technical knowledge in BIP, OTBI, HCM Extract, API, HDL, HSDL
- Have knowledge in Payroll module.
- Functional expertise on other HCM modules is highly preferred
- Expertise in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usage
- Strong consulting skills such as Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, Support Management.
Technical Competencies
- Strong knowledge and working experience in writing Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, Inbound & Outbound Interface, HDSl, HSDL, API
- Good knowledge of HCM table structures and data flow
- Expert in designing UDTs, Lookups & Worksheet dynamic columns
- Expert is building BIP , OTBI Reports, with bursting options
