Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
  • Provide high-quality functional consulting services following Oracle methodology and best practices.
  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective payroll solutions.
  • Configure and deliver Oracle Fusion Payroll, Core HR, and Self-Service modules.
  • Develop and validate Fast Formulas and Retro functionalities to support payroll processing.
  • Prepare functional documentation including requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis, testing, and configuration details.
  • Conduct design workshops, create configuration workbooks, and develop system design documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, conversions, extensions, and reports.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues and process gaps.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Participate in business development and client presentations as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with at least 23 full life cycle Payroll implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Fusion Payroll, including configuration, Fast Formulas, and Retro functionalities.
  • Expertise in Core HR and Self-Service modules.
  • Proficiency in creating functional deliverables such as requirement gathering, solution design, and testing documents.
  • Exposure to Oracle EBS HRMS R12 and understanding of R12.2 upgrade processes.
  • Good technical understanding of HCM data models and PL/SQL.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).

Good-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of Finance modules and related business flows.
  • Experience with US or global payroll implementations.
  • Exposure to architecture, design workshops, and Conference Room Pilots (CRPs).
  • Experience in a client-facing configuration role.
