Skill : Fusion HCM functional Consultant (OLC)

Location :Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Kolkata

Years of Experience: 6+ Years

Key Skills :Fusion, Cloud, SaaS, HCM, HRMS, Functional Consultant, Core HR, ORC, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Compensation AND Benefits, OTL, Oracle Time and Labor, Talent Management, Absence management, HR Helpdesk

Detailed JD :- Oracle HCM cloud functional consultant with expertise in Recruiting and Core HR, Oracle HCM compensation Cloud and Benefits, Time & Labor and Absence Management, Talent Management
  • Experience in at least 1-2 HCM implementation projects
  • Should be able to independently execute end to end recruiting solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Proficient in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis and solutioning of Oracle HCM
  • Relevant experience of 4-5 years in HCM Cloud is must
  • Experience in Global implementation is desired
  • Experience in any HCM modules like HR Helpdesk or Learning is an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
  • HCM Cloud technical consultant with expertise in extracts and HDL
  • Experience in creating payroll interfaces using extracts
  • Experience in creating BI publisher reports with different templates like RTF, Excel, e-text etc.
  • Experience in migrating/uploading worker data, absences, goals, security etc in HCM Cloud using HDL
  • Should have experience in personalization and security in HCM Cloud
