- 5-12+ years experience of which at least 5+ years of relevant exp. working as Senior Consultant/Architect in Oracle Fusion Cloud projects
- Experience of complete project life cycle preferably for Banking Clients in multiple Finance modules with exposure to large and complex system landscape
- Experience in product implementation for large global banks with multi-GAAP / Multi Country roll-outs is preferred
- Certified Oracle Cloud Implementation Specialist
- Within Oracle Financials Fusion ERP landscape, specialist in at least two of GL, AHCS (FAH), RMCS, AFCS and related integrations from/to third party systems
- Good exposure and strength in other ERP and EPM modules is preferred
- Strong Domain knowledge in bookkeeping, accounting, ledgers, and financial reporting
- Expertise in analysis, design, post go-live support and implementation of Oracle Applications using Oracle Financial modules
- Well aware of entire Fusion landscape - all key modules and offerings and their fitment to various business process needs
- Excellent communication and articulation skills. Can explain technical solutions with business flair and get business buy in.
- Can lead, own and deliver in the Finance modules, design workable and even complex solutions, integrations for client needs, provide demo and get agreements.
- Experience in supporting business Finance month end close and supporting daily operations
- Well versed in raising service request and co-ordinating with Oracle and troubleshooting application issues
- Configured the application based on solution design, performed gap analysis and designed workaround/custom solutions. Excellent knowledge on functional analysis and implementation, techno/functional analysis on interfaces/legacy conversions. Experience in test script generation, integration Testing, training end users and preparing user guides
- Business Analysis Skills including requirements gathering workshops/interviews, business process modelling and the creation of user stories, use cases etc. to support implementation and testing activities.
- Training the client's super users and users on the application and conducted pilot testing, integrated testing, design validation and setups of the Financials ERP applications
