Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Furniture Workshop Manager at GRIHOM in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the workshop
• Manage carpenters, fabricators, and technicians to ensure timely production
• Coordinate with design and site teams for execution requirements
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and proper use of materials
• Plan workload, monitor timelines, and maintain inventory
• Vendor and material coordination as required

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design / Civil / related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in workshop management or interior production
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of furniture manufacturing, materials, and finishes
• Ability to manage timelines and ensure quality output
